I'm in exactly the same boat. I live halfway across the world from the supposedly reliable sources of a peaceful pill, can't obtain N or SN or anything. Why do they make us suffer when we're trying to end our own suffering?

I believe there is no God. Life is just meaningless suffering. We are only here because of evolution. We all deserve a peaceful exit at a time of our choosing. It is cruel how we are denied this. Nobody asked to exist in the first place, we have no obligations to stay alive. The problem is the society tries to force us to live. Many people live under a delusion that life is always worth living, allowing us a peaceful exit would shatter this false belief. Existence is suffering. I hope you find peace.

Mexican gangster has more mercy than God. I used to think that God doesn't exist, but looking at my life, at what happened to me, it shouldn't be totally random. From the communications I've had with D, he doesn't sound like a gangster at all. Otherwise he would be the most courteous and professional gangster I have ever encountered. I have received worse customer service from retail shops.

You shouldn't bad mouth someone who is providing an invaluable service. He has reshipped bottles due to shipping problems for free. I know the cost of N is steep but you can't put a price on achieving a peaceful death.
