My God, her case scares me so much. She looked hideous. And she still doesn't look very good even after her face transplant.

And, to cap it all off, she claims she's glad she survived her attempt. Yeah, I'm sure she's saying that just to avoid involuntary commitment, but I still can't believe she says that.

Katie she use a riffle, and shot it up her chin, instead of the bullet go to the brain, it exit the bridge of her nose and exit out, therefore she blow half her face off but still have her brain intact, and survived.

And others, most use a handgun, and a revolver.

A rifle would have a higher death rate than a handgun. (Although probably lower than a shotgun.)

I think most people use handguns just because that's what's in their house.

Shotgun works good, look at this video of this Russia guy who use a long shotgun to his temple, he literally blow his brain out, you can see his whole brain fall down his shoulder. Like a big chunk of his brain collapse to his shoulder.
