Jumping has always been my preferred method.

This week, as an off chance on a work 'away day' , I managed to visit very very close to Beachy Head.

We walked the coastline and I looked over the cliff face, and as everyone commented how terrifying it seemed 'so far down' I could only nod in awe. It is a beautiful part of the country.

I wish I could have taken a break away and ctb then, but it just wasn't possible without suspicion.
At least I know now.
