Just wondering where does the chat feature appear once you get approved?

Will the chat feature appear near the threads once it's unlocked? How active is the chat?

It's next to the search icon at the top. Took a while to become visible for me. Seems to be relatively active.

It activated after I reached 36 or so ur close
