Just took an overdose of 113 paracetomal. Think I'll be dead soon. No one will find out. As I won't be calling the ambulance for help or anything. I'll be dead soon enough because I've also got a rope to hang myself with.

Jeez. Are you sure you want to follow this method through? It will be very painful and long. I feel so sorry for you hence having to tell you, you can still fix this before you suffer and you can then look at less brutally painful methods. Please don't leave it until you're in agony to call for help. Put any shame you'd feel to one side and do what it takes to avoiding potential future nightmares.

I don't know if that's the right thing to say but it's how I feel. Not sure how much you know about methods but this one is usually off the table for anyone that's done some reading.

Oh dear. I'm so sorry it has come to this for you. That's a huge dose, but even so, a paracetamol death is really going to suck and be prolonged (sucking the whole time), as in possibly weeks. I really do hate this for you.

What has happened, @Zeus35 ? Do you want to talk about it in the mean time?

Please go to the emergency room immediately. Tylenol overdose shuts down your liver and will result in an agonizing death over the course of days.

Please go to the ER now!!!

Even if you want to die, this is not the way to go.

But this is not the way.

Please, if you have not done so, get to an ER.

They will most likely place you on a NAC protocol, which should reverse what was done.

Of course that method is not recommended for ctb but I'm sorry that it has come to this point for you. I know that it is hard to carry on when you are so desperate to leave. I hope that in whatever happens, you find relief from your suffering.

Yes, they clearly survived, which was predictable, most pills don't work for ctb, pills work less than 2% of the time, and when they do work it is almost always from opioids. I hope they did not get permanent damage from this. Sadly, to ctb usually takes a lot of time and research, only 1 in 23 attempts are successful in the U.S.,- rushed methods rarely work uless you have done enough research before to know which methods are most reliable. I hope OP is ok, attempts like this so often end up with going to the hospital, getting their stomch pumped, and involuntary hosptailzation for a while- a minimum of 3 to 5 days, but can be a lot longer.

Paracetamol overdose WILL NOT WORK and will destroy your liver and body. If you go to the hospital you have a chance to be saved and get your stomach pumped with charcoal.

I understand you are going through a lot of stress but you are not making a rational decision. You will be in pain for a long time and it will be very bad if you do not get help.

Paracetamol overdose as a suicide method has a very HIGH FAILURE RATE and WILL NOT WORK. I hope you can come to your senses soon as get the help you so desperately need.

I do not like to see people suffer and to not make a decision they regret and that may not be reversible.

I'm sorry, ctb is not easy, researching methods can help you a lot. ONe in twenty-three attempts works in the U.S, and the two methods than have the lowest success rates are pills and cutting. Ctb is a difficult thing to do. I am sorry you were not able to find peace in this case. So many people here are struggling due to this.

OD of this substance can take weeks of terminal liver degradation (unless you get a transplant) and severe pain before it does you in.
