• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Although drowning isn't my method of choice, the deeper meaning of this, is relatable. Thanks for sharing :)

Very well written. Whoever wrote it was clearly suffering a lot. I do wish ctb by drowning was easier, it is very difficult because of the survival instinct.

Drowning is fucking terrifying. Almost drown as a kid when the undertow started sucking me in. Luckily, my next door neighbor happened to be at the beach that day and rescued me just in time. But the almost drowning part wasn't painful per se, just incredibly scary in a claustrophobic way.

This speaks to me somewhat since drowning is currently my preferred method. I feel overwhelmed in life. I'm looking forward to that last blissful moment where I can let go of life and IT let's go of me.

I wish I could depart with a touchingly melancholic, poetic suicide note like that. Mine has to be all about legally protecting recipients of my estate from legal ramifications of failing to report me to authorities for talking about CTB. Yay.
