Cursing and swearing doesn't necessarily mean that they don't love you even if they call you things. It's called unconditional love, you may hate a person, but also love them. I'm sorry you had to hear that though, sounds like the usual argument with my parents aswell.
I'm sorry you are going through this. I know that when everything seems hopeless it can be unbearable. Some people can be very cruel. I do not believe that such a thing as love even exists in this world. I wish you the best.
