Been there. Not sure what it's like where you are, but they're pretty boring in the US.
Be open to what you want and need. Advocate for yourself, whether you need to talk to someone or you need water or anything.
In the us, they mostly act as making sure you don't die. There is hardly any therapy or much to do. Bring books if you can. Get someone to bring you comfy clothes. Talk to other patients.
It will be over fast. Sorry you're going through it
