Day 1 for sure. Backwards compatible means it can go right in where the switch is now. My wife loves Mario Kart so assuming it launches with what was shown that will be awesome.

I'm almost definitely gonna buy it Day 1. I'm sure there will be at least one game at launch worth buying for me and even if there isn't, the backwards compatibility is nice and I can use it to catch up on some of the unplayed games in my collection or even get some of the other Switch 1 games I've overlooked but was interested in playing. Indeed it's a whole other reason to live for me.

Nah, I don't think that I'll be alive by then. Even if I was, I wouldn't buy it day 1 but rather a few years later since I'm not interested in getting a new game console the immediate moment that it gets released for

I personally think, Im just gonna buy a Nintendo Switch 1, for me that one has always been unaffordable, and maybe now its prices will go down altho it's not some big need for it at the moment

Depending when it releases I might already be dead. If it releases while I'm still here I'm gonna buy it for my younger brother before I CTB but I'll have no use for it.
