Have thought about this but im too scared to experiment with this kind of stuff... But maybe it can be useful to some people.

I'm no expert, but I can imagine that it could work to lie down on a bed and stick one's head out past the bed's edge, and then let one such weight strangle you using gravity - it's just a theory.
