Just a clarification on how to take N

I have my N and my meto. Just to clarify, in order to ctb I need to:
Take one pill of meto (30 mg) every 8 hours for 48 hours before I ctb, or I can take (2 pills?) 40 minutes before. Is that right? Or can I just take 1 pill before.

Aside from that, I was wondering if I could add ondasteron for backup, and when I should take it

Next, I have the two 6 gram bottles of liquid N. According to the PePH, I just open the bottle, pour the liquid into a cup and drink in in swift gulps followed by alcohol/chocolate.

Did I miss anything?

I wouldn't suggest taking 2 pills at once. I don't know a whole lot about any of this, but taking 2 at once could be a bad idea because you could faint before you even get the chance to drink N

Disagree (with apologies) with @WelcomingPain about multiple pills. No reason why you can't take several, or more even, with sips of water. No big deal.

Yes, you can take 30 mg meto every 8 hrs x 48 hrs, ~or~ one "stat" dose of 60 mg 30-40 min prior. Or split the difference and take 30 mg every 8 hrs for 24 hrs, then a stat dose.

If you're adding Zofran, I'd take it with your stat dose. I don't know if it'll help, but I don't see any downside to it.

Like I said, I don't know a whole lot. I just know that it's better to spread the doses over a longer period of time than to take multiple at once. That's just what I would do

Well that's ok... none of us are suicide experts! However, with pills/dosage it depends on what your desired outcome is; in this case, think of taking two (or more) pills as the equivalent of taking one with a higher dose.

There's often a need to 'piecemeal' quantities together to match recommended dosages in do-it-yourself euthanasia like this .
