Is it better in terms of fatality to land on solid ground or water when you jump? Also, what's the minimum height you would reccomend? Based on some research I've done, 100m seems good to go (>95% chance),but I'll definitely go higher given the chance.

Generally, concrete is the most fatal, it seems.

100 meters = 328 feet = (approx) 30 stories

That's often fatal for water, ground and concrete landings.

Have you been on any edges with purpose? The survival instinct is particularly strong for most people of "relative" sound mind.

I was planning on jumping which would have been around 500ft onto hard ground. Definitely 99.99% certain I think!

Yes I've been on the edge of a bridge higher than 100m around 6 months ago. It was 4 in the morning and barely anyone was there. I considered ending it all right there, I didn't brought my wallet or keys with me. However, once I was actually at the bridge itself, my SI kicks in and I immediately pulled myself back. I watched the sunset instead and lied to myself about how everything can change for the better. Well, as expected, things never really got better on my end and I keep wondering would I actually have the courage to ctb or keep living in misery for the rest of my life.

Im going to jump off a 40 meter high bridge onto concrete. I heard it has a decent lethality.
The golden gate bridge is 62 meters and the lethality is 98%

Humber bridge is over 500ft over water but I think that's the whole structure. The bit I'd jump from is supposedly only 35 metres but still hopefully high enough (I'd climb the whole damn thing if I could but I don't want police circling me like fucking King Kong)
