Call me mad.. but what do you think to this to overcome SI? Soak yourself in petrol and set yourself on fire.. You would then be forced to jump?

but if the problem is SI you'd still have it when trying to set yourself on fire.
that doesn't end the problem, it's merely a transfer.Very true. I think i would find it easier to set myself on fire. I just thought it would be a pretty insane way to CBT.. Made me laugh when I pictured it in my mind lol
