After trying to seek support for so long I'm joining the bus tonight. I asked a and e for a voluntary admission on a number of occasions as well as daily phonecalls to cmht over last few days this was refused so In about 30 minutes I'm joining the bus

They always say "you need help" but rarely provide it (had similar experienced) .
