Venting I've taken painkillers and now I'm kind of scared

I know that painkillers are highly unlikely to actually kill you, I just wanted to do it as a form of self-harm or maybe get lucky. I'm scared though, mostly because I'm worried about the side effects. Is CTB via painkillers really that painful? I took 7000mg paracetamol and 210mg codeine. I'm scared that my parents will see me acting weird and force me to go to hospital. What can I expect over the next few days? I've taken that much paracetamol before and just thrown up a bunch and been otherwise fine, but I've never taken this much codeine before.

the codeine isnt gonna do much because it has a cieling dose effect so only so much can really be metabolised well iirc, the paracetamol is a bigger concern because that can damage your liver and from what ive heard paracetamol ods feel awful
even if you were fine with it before you couldve still like damaged your liver those previous times or something making it more and more risky as you go along or one time might be different due to a number of factors
tbf the codeine also depends on how you metabolise it, if youre a fast metaboliser it could be dangerous but if you're not it probably wont be (idk i could be wrong though cus doses above the cieling still seem to cause more sode effects in some cases also its 3am and im tired so im kind of just talking lmao)

Any more than around 4000mg in a 24 hours period is not good,
it might honestly be enough that you should get it checked out
