I’ve been dreaming of falling off skyscrapers and falling out of planes. It’s horrifying

Jumping is my method so I guess my subconscious has become fixated on it

I've had those dreams of falling as well. Not jumping off anything but just falling down for a long time in the sky.

I feel you. I have had such dreams daily,around 11 years ago just after my first failed suicide attempt! I was in school at that time, surrounded by horrendous people. Although my dreams would consist of either shooting myself in the head or falling from a tall building or both! It was extremely scary and every time I woke up,there was severe terror inside of me. Worst part was that I had to lie to people around me and maintain an imposter face.
I am sorry you are facing this too. I absolutely hate how human mind works and mess up things.

Jumping sounds like a terrifying way to leave this world, I know that I could never ctb that way. It does sound so awful dreaming of that. There is no peace in this life, even in sleep.

I've had those types of dreams. I get a lot of dreams where I'm in a vehicle, be it a bus, car, or train. And the driver of these vehicles is usually not right in some way, so I have fear in the dream of going out of control. Sometimes the vehicles do go out of control, sometimes they don't, but I usually wake up in the middle of it and am terrified.

I think I've had dreams of every method I've considered leaving with. A few days ago I had a dream with SN though I forgot much other than that. I'm not sure how to feel about these dreams, sometimes they're comforting. I'm sorry you can't even find peace in your sleep/dreams.
