It's my birthday and it freaks me out

I feel so out of sorts. I feel like I should already be dead. I'm 38 today. I can't go far into 38. I hope my SN can last at least 6 months without degrading. I know it takes a long time, years to turn to nitrate, but my birthday has my paranoia WAYYYYYY UP. I can't live another year. Oh, and my license just expired so there's that too. I don't want to get these errands done, I just want to finally die. 38. great.

I find birthdays depressing personally. I am horrified at the thought of getting older and I do not like a day that is supposed to celebrate an existence I do not want and did not ask for. I'm sorry that you suffer. I know that this life can be unbearable when all you want is to be gone. I wish you the best.

Birthdays definitely suck. Mine is in two months and I'm dreading it, I typically sleep all day to get through it.

When you're mentally struggling, it can be a remind that things haven't gotten better. I don't even get upset when people forget my birthday anymore, I'm jealous that I can't lol.

Regardless, I'm sorry you're feeling this way. Just know so many of can relate to it and you're definitely not alone.

Happy birthday, I guess. I 100% understand you. My last year's birthday sucked ass, as my aunt went nuts and the day was mediocre in general.
I then set out to do better and for a while there I thought that this year's birthday would be much better. I'm six days from it and I now that it will be the worst one yet. I legitimately thought that this year would be different and I almost got there... Fuck
