Everytime I look in the mirror, I can see my face, dead, hanging by the rope. I know it will eventually come to pass. I bend my head, bulge my eyes, and open mouth. I stare at that reflection, and I'm scared cuz I know this is the only way out for me.

It's worse at the gym, cuz there are mirrors everywhere. Whenever I do hanging exercises, I always think how similar this is to the real thing.

We use this small stool to get hold of the higher bars. These days I've been pretending that I'm roping, and I take one step into mid-air, then another, and I always think 'This is how it's going to be'

I still can't believe that it is really over for me.

We're in very similar situations. I'm struggling to not "hang in there", as well. When no major life area goes well a lot is needed to not be suicidal.
