• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I just ordered a 50 ml glass and a gram scale so I have pretty precise measurements for when I ctb in less than two weeks. 50 ml seems like an awfully small amount of water. Am I wrong? It's that really the recommended amount? Also, I'm 235lbs, should I do the 25g glass or 20g glass?

I have a mixture of excitement, anticipation, and fear as the day approaches. I just hope everything arrives and it is painless...๐Ÿ˜ฅ

it is a small amount of water - you want as little water as possible while still being able to properly integrate the salt into the liquid.

when in doubt, go for the larger.

If you don't weigh the SN, and measure it by volume instead, remember that silverware spoons, teaspoon or tablespoon size, or not the same as measuring cup spoons.
