...and I'm trying so hard to hold on for the those who need me. This erratic sleep "schedule" has been a constant; or sleeping a majority of the day when I can, waking up nauseous has come back, sensory overload (specifically noise) has started to become a thing. Self loathing has always been there, but is exacerbated by rejection, or just being flat out ignored by people who have said that they care.
Recovery is so damn difficult without proper help, which is financially impossible when you don't have health insurance and/or money. It's disgusting,
