....just like outside of this site there are many different types of people here. Many different personalities, backgrounds, and ways of conducting ones self. I see people rubbing each other the wrong way now and then. But, we all have one thing in common, and that is all wanting to come to the end. And regardless of everything else in the Universe, including our differences, our ends are universally the same. I see people here I'm sure we'd both have nothing in common with each other "in real life." Our shared wanting to CTB completely makes it irrelivant. In a crazy way, so long as it stays within at least some boundaries, like not hurting others, or taking them with us against their will, CTB might be the ultimate thing that brings the most amount of people together in the strongest way? Which is to say, it brings together people who ultimately are alone. At least in what they want to do. Kind of funny how pro-lifers miss the power that CTP has to cut through what so many other things have failed.

Nah. Everybody on every online community gushes about how "different" and "special" their community is but they are all equally full of shit. This is just a universal constant of human nature, wanting to be part of a tribe. The reality is that half the people here are probably cops and the other half are sock-puppets trying to create conflict.

I don't mean the site, and its combined community. I mean those of us who truly want to CTB. And I guess it's not hard to see few of us are (so far as it looks) jumping on doing it in any great numbers. So in a way it looks like we're mostly all full of shit. But SI is a thing. And so is finding what it takes within ourselves to go through with it. But for those who are not fake, who really want to CTB, we have something in common that, when keeping all else out, is a thing that is really kind of pure in a way few other things are.
