The words "You're just having a bad day" generate a chain of emotions that I don't really understand.
I had already told an experience in this forum, to get into context well ... My Story
A lot of events happened after what had happened to me, and honestly, I don't wish it on anyone.
That day when my future wife CTB, so many things happened inside of me that I simply believe that they caused irreversible damage to my mental well-being. That night I called my only friend and explained what happened, he did not know what to say and I noticed, I noticed that he had no words to say. so he just told me "you're just having a bad day"
Really?. I just hung up the phone and was thinking about those words, the more I repeated them in my mind, the more horrible I felt, until I took an overdose of pills
