I don't know what's wrong with me ... everything was ok...it started so randomly...I just can't I just can't do this...I need a way out I just can't to this anymore I just can't do this I just can't ...I don't know how I don't have methods I didn't plan in years I don't know what to do I think I'll end up hanging I think it's the only option I have I don't want to do this but this hurts too much I can't make it stop and it's too mcuh

If you're feeling impulsive & have no plan then don't attempt CTB. You'll almost guarantee failing. I would take a breath & wait
