Probably a silly question.
But.
Is it possible to take sedatives and alcohol whilst doing partial hanging.
I think it would cut out the survival instinct and any worries.

You might prefer to be sober so you don't mess anything up, and ideally you are certain enough to ctb that you don't need to be incapacitated. Remember, if you're not ready, you're not ready. Wishing you peace.
