Is this a good SN to CTB with?

I already tried ctb with SN but it wasn't even close to the purity that the PpeH recommends. I was duped. This time I want to make sure it's the right one. Is this good? I found it on Amazon. Haven't bought it yet.

I have a plan b. Propranolol, verapamil, benzodiazepines and meto but only if the SN falls through meaning I can't get a pure one.

Some Russian company on eBay. I don't remember the name but I remember a pic of a bunch of flasks as their logo.

I am from Canada. Apc pure on eBay Canada would take too long to get here. I can't find apc pure on amazon Canada. The best I could find that can be delivered quickly is the one I posted a pic of on this thread. Found it on amazon Canada.
