Yes regret can be a painful emotion. We are cursed with never being able to forget anything so our past mistakes can haunt us. I just tell myself that it will not matter someday, as death makes all life meaningless.

Same here. Everyday I'm thinking about all the mistakes I've made that led me to this situation. It sucks to be wondering if I did that instead, would I have a different outcome.Tbh I don't regret a lot. I've been dealt an extremely bad hand in life.
