Actively encouraging someone to kill themselves, as opposed to being neutral on their decision is abhorent and against the principles of this site. That said, if you're looking for pro-choice media, search for promortalism on youtube, it's more philosophical, on the matter, and is actually some decent unintentional asmr. When I feel especially suicidal I have a playlist of it that I like to listen to in order to fall asleep.

Basically they point out the problem with Heaven, which is that over time humans get bored with infinite happiness and bliss. The solution to this is a door that anyone can walk into whenever they choose. Going through this door will end your existence peacefully and cause you to die a final death. The knowledge of this door alone allows the people in Heaven to take their afterlife better and sometimes want to stick around longer but whenever they're finally complete and no matter how long it takes, they can truly end it all when they're ready and they've truly experienced everything they could have ever wanted.

DSBM - a subgenre of black metal. It is abbreviation for Depressive Suicidal Black Metal.
Musicians of this genre explicitly promote suicide not only in their lyrics and musical concepts, but in their own personal lives as well.
Nicholas Kvarforth from the band Shining is a good example.
And apparently someone committed suicide to one of their songs.

Suicide is presented as a choice for one of the endings on Cyberpunk 2077. It's not necessarily a bad ending, as you do it to save your friends. Johnny Silverhand (Keanu's character), just asks are you sure, but no judgement is made. I was floored the first time I chose this path. I can't think of one other movie or game that is so pro choice.

Edit: I forgot to add, you can choose suicide because you're already dying anyway, and want to go out on your own terms.
