Found this method, and I find the written instructions confusing. I want to know I'm doing exactly the right thing.

Its pretty much the same...
By the way: I suggest you read the megathread again. There is everything you need.
Especially with innert gas method there is so much that can go wrong...
Worst case is permament brain damage and you end as vegetable...
