On a spiritually ethical level between treating your body like shit to achieve a premature death "naturally" or taking N? Fwiw I can't deny my suspicions about reincarnation and while there's not much more I wish for myself than to die my reservations about suicide pertain to having to repeat the same issues in anther life.

I think there's a difference in what you said. I don't think reincarnation is real as I don't see a master source organizing and deciding on billions of peoples' fates.

Try not to worry about that. Also, unfortunately I think it takes a pretty long time to have premature death due to treating your body like shit. It depends on what you do, but things like cancer and stroke seem fucking awful.

If you drink a bottle of N thinking that it is water, is it also considered suicide or that you are stupid? When it comes to judging what will count is the intention rather than the fact. If you treat bad your body just for the purpose of die prematurely it can be considered as another much slower and more painful method.

Ethics judge intents, not outcomes. It's not more ethical to slowly torture yourself to death than to drink an instant poison.
