Is the sn method fool proof?

So I guess the sn method sounds the best for me, I've been reading around the last day or so and I have a few questions

Does the sn need to be as close to 100% pure as possible?

Also I've been told 6 (maybe 7?) 10mg anti semetics (sp?) Are needed, can I take these an hour before the sn or do i need to work them in 2-3 days beforethe sn?

And is this method a sure fire way to work? Meaning i surely won't survive it?

No, you can be saved if you're found in time.

While case reports seem to indicate that more or less full recovery is likely, there isn't enough evidence to make conclusive assertions about the potential long-term impact of a failed attempt. Intuitively, one would think that neurological damage is a risk with any method involving gradual oxygen deprivation. As with most other methods, half-assed attempts are not recommended.

Anti-emetics don't work on me. My body always fights to get rid of whatever poison or overdose I put in it!

Well I'm not worried about being found. What would be a non half asses attempt be then?
