I'm worried about the expire date. If it's vacuum packaged it'll theoretically last forever but I'm not sure if it is.

As long as it's sealed tight and reacts well to the blood test (turns brown) when you come to use it, shouldn't be an issue.
I'm getting mine delivered next week so I'll find out for sure.
