Is the golden gate bridge barrier up?

I wanted to find out if anyone there can see it? I'd like to take a one way flight there, hop and Uber and not stop till I make the jump. To me it's fatal enough and no return once you make the jump.

There are plenty of places in the States & elsewhere where you can easily jump from an even more lethal height

Weird story I have about this. I went travelling on my own in the US a couple of years ago when I wasn't suicidal. I drove over the Golden Gate Bridge and went to park on the other side to take some photos. Before I got out of my car a police officer pulled up alongside me and asked me what I was doing, if I was okay, whether I waiting for someone. I explained I was a tourist and just wanted to see the bridge and he drove off. Thought it was really weird until I remembered it was a suicide hotspot and that's presumably why he approached me. So I guess it's similar to Beachy Head over here where it's regularly patrolled for this reason anyway.
