  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at admin@sanctioned-suicide.net.

I have a severe anxiety disorder and am on the edge, I need something to calm me down desperately, is buying random benzos or weed off the deep web for the rest of my life a realistic solution to my problems? Thanks.

Learning to cope with someting like mindfulness or therapy is the best long term solution. CBT was really helpful when I had severe severe (non-social) anxiety in my 20s. But you've probably been told to get therapy already, if you're at the point of wanting to buy drugs online...

Try to avoid benzo dependency. It's not a good long term solution. I have been using etizolam for most of the past 8 years and don't know when I'll get off.
Be extremely careful with research chemical benzos. Some of them are quite dangerous and I've lost two friends to them.

Cannabis is much safer if you are going to use it long term but also abusable. It's possible to overdo it. I think it's worth trying for most people. I myself prefer edibles with 1:1 CBD:THC, but everyone is different and weed isn't good for everyone.

No clue about benzos, but as far as weed goes you be the judge whether it calms you down or not. For me it greatly amplifies every emotion including anxiety. So if I was looking to simply calm down through taking some substance - weed would be the last thing I would take. On the other hand weed influenced my personal recovery path because it threw the anxiety right into my face and simultaneously increased insight. So in terms of spiritual recovery I think weed is beneficial. Still it doesn't mean you can smoke your way out of it. And generally as far as medicating goes there may be substances that will calm you down. Usually xanax and lexapro are considered as such. Yet the way I see it it taking those can't be called 'solution'. In the end the only true solution is addressing the issue or issues.

No I would really not recommend that. If you want benzos ask a psychiatrist. If you want to recover a drug addiction is not helpful at all

I would stay as far away from benzodiazepines as possible. I recommend looking into microdosing cannabis, psilocybin, and other plant medicines; they are often quite healing.
