Help Is SN without meto a non-method?

I have alpralozam and access to SN, but I don't have meto, idk if I'm a good enough liar to fake being sick at the doctor to get a script for it (if even), I'm thinking of having 2-3 glasses of SN in case I throw up, but what if I can't do ita second time? The PPeH says to abort the whole procedure in case of vomiting. Looking for any advice, thanks

People have died just by testing SN. Everything else is just to make it more comfortable and pass out sooner.

Imo getting meto is so easy that u should at least try to get it.

It's not necessary to have meto so it's still a method, but I would recommend trying to get it.

He drank a lot of wine before he drank his SN (he most likely didn't take antiemetics) he vomited a lot, and I do mean a lot, and he still died. It just took him longer to lose his consciousness. I think it took him 30-35 minutes for him to finally go unconscious."
