I really tried to get meto and other recommended AE through faking symptoms to get a prescription, but I just keep falling. It's like they always know that I was bluffing. So I wonder if this method would still be effective with an OTC AE like Dramamine or even with no AE at all. I'm just so afraid that I'll puke all the SN and failed to CTB again

Yes still possible. Many people on here have died from Sn without an AE, but it's preferred that you have one. It rarely stops vomiting, but it speeds absorption of Sn into small intestine, therefore making it work faster. I don't have an AE either.

I've just noticed that recently i was prescribed Metoclopramide for a recent gastrointitis. Is that the "AE" people suggest for SN? Is that what people refer to when they say meto? If so, damn, i got lucky !

Indeed, poisoning of SN without AE is possible. Some unintentional poisoning even result to death even at low dose where AE is never present. Still, vomiting is pretty common so if I can't have prescription for meto, I'll get some OTC's at least.

In case you didn't know, the PPH has a list--don't know if it's complete--of OTC anti-emetics.
