Is primperan regimin absolutely needed

Is the primperan regimin absolutely needed for sn method. Is there any reports of people just taking it 30-45 mins before sn along with the tagament/anti acid? Like i saw on here before someone said if you can keep it down for a few minutes you'll ctb?

Hmm, I forgot what thread this was said on, but apparently a woman on here made an attempt with SN without taking an antiemetic, and the person staying in the next hotel room over heard her vomiting and knocking things around, so the authorities were alerted, and she was saved. I think it's better to be safe than sorry.

According to the PPH it is not absolutely essential but it is recommended.

I have anti e. I'm asking if it's needed to take them for 2 days before drinking the sn. Or if you'd be fine taking them just on the ctb day 40 min before.

My bad. Good question. I want the answer myself whether the stat dose is all that is needed. I guess it can't hurt to do one every 8 hours days prior and then do the stat dose 45 minutes prior, unless you only have a limited amount.

This was @Eden2k she succeeded the second time after taking the antimetics.
