Is partial hanging painless?

I see so much of after math posts on gore sites where teenagers hung themselves, but their feet are still on the ground, kinda looks doable for me. Can someone say how painful it really is?

Also, once i did a breathing technice from Wimhoffs youtube channel. After 20 minuted of breathing heavily and following the tutorial i then stopped breathing and was holding my breath.. i swear, i was holding my breath for 2 or 3 minutes.

Could that breathing technice help with hanging? Because when i would do it before i hang myself, i'd go unconsious long before i have the feeling low oxygen. So i have 2-3 minutes before i feel like i want to breathe, but i should be unconsious by then.

you probably want benzos. lots of people just stand with try partial hanging.

If done right, partial is entirely painless. Can confirm, I feel numb the second I let go. Also, I've seen some users here recommend holding your breath (don't know the details.)
