Is one unopened bottle of N enough to ctb?

Hi all. If I have have one bottle of sealed N and I can't currently get or buy anymore, would it be feasible for a relatively young but overweight woman to ctb with one bottle of N, when taken with antiemetics? Would being left alone longer compensate for this lower dose?
How long would a safe amount of time be? 24 hours?
In this case, buying more N is simply not logistically possible right now.
