Yes, 1 bottle is enough to kill you. The PPHE states that 1 bottle of Pentobarbital is enough to kill a human being in 15-30 minutes. But i depends. Every human being is different, every human body reacts differently and not all have the same reaction to Pentobarbital. The Lethal Dosis of Pentobarbital is between 2-10G, 1 Bottle = 100ML, 6.2 G if I am correct and not mistaken. But when you want to make Pentobarbital work faster, drink it with a little alcohol. That will help to make it more lethal.

Barbiturates can be potentiated with benzos and alcohol if you're not sure about one bottle being enough. Too much alcohol however increases the chance of vomiting.Similar threads
