6g of N. Is that always enough for a heavier person? The PPH suggests 6g will be enough but then in several places used higher numbers.

Thanks. That's a lot to scroll through and still don't feel like I have a clear answer.
It also looks like A has been sending some people 2 60ml bottles instead of 100ml. Has that been happening still?

There is no clear answer, it's up to you to make the decision based on your health-weight-age and the informations you have. What's said in the PPH is only relevant for those who can't source more than 6g, but PN always says that the perfect dosage is 10-12g. So if you can afford two bottles (12g) go for it.Similar threads
