Is my set-up for SN ok?

I have SN + Tagamet, Kaopectate and Tylenol, but no anti-emetics. I'm going to start the 48 hour method with a fast on May 13.

if your are unable to get anti emetics atleast you should buy those otc motion sickness pills

Make sure to fast for at least 1 day before taking SN to avoid vomiting, an AE would help reduce vomiting but since you dont have any you should fast for a very long time and avoid drinking or eating anything

I'm using Ibuprofen instead of Tylenol. I wonder if that makes a difference.

I'll be fasting for 48 hours beforehand. The onky thing I will consume is water with my Tagamet during those two days.
