What about ondansetron + domperidone? I really don't want to take meto
According to the following chart, ondansetron and domperidone are in different categories of action so hopefully I'll double my chances of one working. Plus domperidone is the same category as meto so .maybe it's a suitable substitute?

I might add promethazine as well, that would be a third category crossed off

Unless you have precondition comorbidities such as inflammatory or drugs allergy, I don't think drug related paranoia is helpful since each drug has it's own contradiction.

I have it all three, so this is what I will take:
20mg metoclopramide
10mg domperidone
8mg ondansetron

Fuck yeah, that's what I wanted to hear! Great so now my AE regime is sorted. I'm glad I can get domperidone
