Is it true that from 100 commited suicide attemps, in this case jumping from the Golden Gate Bridge, 2 do survive? Often disabled?

From researching it, I think its rare to survive jumping off the Golden Gate, it has a very high fatality rate, (98%) but some people have survived it.

I think the people who survived had fallen in the water at an angle, but it really is rare for people to survive the bridge. I'm not that knowledgable on helium but I think that method should succeed if someone has the correct set up as they lose consciousness quickly.
