That's the nightmare life is, you're trapped. One must be in extreme mental pain to have the courage to CTB. It's like jumping out of a burning building.

Sure. Bullet to the brain is easy and painless. So is a F injection (assuming you have pure F).

Deciding when the time is right for you is the "hard" part. For most of us, there will be some uncertainty, no matter how sure we are that ending our life is the right choice.

As @threesummers said if you happen to have a great method at hand it will be relatively easy. And at the same time we often want to die due to unfulfilled desires on top of aversion to likely future experiences. This can make us hesitate.

Yes, fentanyl. And it's not just the uk. Pure f is near impossible to find anymore, since china cracked down on exports or certain drugs.

I think majority of us have very active mind that dwells on unimportant things all the time and is always in defensive mode. This is significant part of why we decide on ctb, because for most of us our mind made life hell. And this mind when decides on ctb, it starts to analyze everything and is not decisive (as it has usually been), so this makes ctb seem very hard thing to do. People who have no access to this forum and have no idea of all these through methods still successfully ctb, simple because they just decide and do it.

Yes, I see taking our own lives as difficult. If it was easy I would no longer be here anymore. There is the SI, us humans are programmed to survive. Even if we want to die it is hard to overcome this. I am thinking in my case I will eventually become hopeless and desperate enough and then I will be able to leave this world. Society takes away our right to die, and does everything to preserve life. We all deserve an option of a peaceful dignified death as we did not ask to exist in the first place, we have no obligation to stay alive. Expecting people to suffer for decades against their wishes is cruel. So yes, it really is hard.
