Is it possible to make heart stop by vaping high nic e-juice on high wattage?

I'm talking about salt nic. For example in my country I can easily get 50 mg salt nic and I've seen even 70 mg salt nic juice is being sold.
Everyone says that high nicotine juice is only recommended to use on low wattage devices (bellow 20 watt) as there are risks of heart stopping.
I've been vaping 40 mg salt nic on 80 watts for last 1,5 weeks I can kinda feel like it makes me feel heavy and cause some uncomfortable feeling in my chest even from 1-2 hits.
It's probably dumb to expect it's going to kill instantly and obviously this cannot be considered as reliable way by any means.
But is it even possible to die this way? It would be ideally if my heart is going to just stop after couple hits.

I don't think that's possible. You'd pass out maybe, but not die. I've never read once that anyone died by vaping.

For the majority of ingested products people warn against overuse of the worst that's going to happen is simply sickness. That's the case here too.
