Is it possible to hang from a bed sheet?

Hi I'm a new member to here.I have been suicidal as long as I remember.I had a failed suicide attempt with pills when I was 15 years old.I'm now 26 years old and my life hasn't been improved in any way.I'm the same as when I was 15.Wishing that I was dead 10 years ago when I did that attempt.This time my preferred method is suicide by hanging because it's the only available method I could think of.I wish I could do carbon monoxide poisoning for a more peaceful outcome but I don't have the resources for that.I don't have a rope either.So my question is, is it possible to make a rope with a bed sheet and hang by it?
