I think we have to buy from Amazon in the USA and use a reshipping service.

You can't just purchase it in the US and use a reshipping service unfortunately. These services all refuse to ship SN because it is a chemical and considered a "dangerous good". To transport such product by air, you need a special license with the courier and handle quite some paperwork, so all of the reshipping services I know refuse to transport chemicals. And yes, they do check the packages.
