I'm sorry this is happening to you.
If a user is harassing you, you can report them to the admins, and they will contact them and tell them not to do it again. If they continue, they will be banned.

Sorry youre going through that. I added them on Insta and they tried to follow all my family members and friends ): I ended up having to delete my instagram, and make a new one under a fake name and no picture ):
