I tried to do partial hanging a few years ago and ended up failing with some brain damage and now I have problems sleeping and i'm having problems with my bladder randomly emptying but luckily no one in my family caught me. Am I wasting my time trying to do this method or should I do another method?

How exactly did you fail? Especially if you got brain damage from if means you should have been passed out and if rope didn't break or wasn't found should have been successful?the videos I watched people go right out
I just blocked the jugular veins which gave me lots of pressure in my head and I litterally spent 1 hour doing it nothing happened besides the pressure in my head.

You can't be too fat unless you are Jabba the hut lol you're just not finding the sweet spot by the looks of it re read the mega thread take time it's not a race.
I guess I'll take another look at it. one thing I didn't try was padding so maybe that will help thanks
