I have a few tablets/capsules with around 30mg of domperidone and around 20mg of rabeprazole in it, I have a few more of them so is it ok to take more tablets before ingesting SN? Do I have to wait for more than 40 mins(as is prescribed for 30mg in the PPH) and will it be more effective taking higher amounts?

well, when i took 40mg of meto i had severe weakness and a little nausea from them and it was hard to walk back home, i would recommend you to be careful with overdosing on the antiemetics, as they may give you some unwanted side effects

I don't have any experience with domperidone or rabeprazole, but metaclopromide is the most severely sedating drug to me I have ever used, it is a common side effect. Extrapiramidal symptoms can occur too, both with normal doses, but even more so at higher ones.

how many mg of meto did you take that caused sedation or other symptoms? i guess in 40 minutes or how many minutes until you felt the sedation?

I already feel very sedated just from 10mg, it was roughly 40-60mins after taking it. I haven't tried taking 30mg all at once yet.
At one point I took meto for GERD for 10days (10mg 3 times a day) and the sedation side effect did not improve over time. Meto also makes me feel more depressed and restless, which again, didn't improve with time and it only takes a single dose of 10mg to cause that for me.
At the start of those 10 days (I think it was dose 3?) I took two doses too close together (leaflet says to wait at least 6 hours) and it caused mild akathisia symptoms in me, I had to constantly move my legs, I coudldn't stop it, thankfully it went away on its own when I increased the time between doses.
Side effects are highly personal though so everyone will react differently.
